A five-week course in
Integration of Consciousness
I will be presenting (teaching, delivering) a re-visiting of a five-week course in conscious creation and integration of consciousness that I first took–and then taught–in 1977. The course was called Dimensional Mind Approach, or DMA for short. It is the work of a man named Robert Fritz, (You can find the 2010 version at www.robertfritz.com.) Both Robert and this little, simple course of his had a very, very, big effect on me and my life. (I used the DMA tools to imagine/create having a career involving NLP, for example. I think it worked!) I still use these frames and tools, and I frequently find the DMA material to be useful with clients. It is actually the nicest, simplest, most compact, elegant, and effective thing of its kind I have ever encountered. It is truly a jewel.
Although much of the doing in the class involves working with visualization, the main importance for me was the process and good results that come from developing rapport with multiple dimensions of Mind. (Thus, “Dimensional Mind Approach.”) The class material is deceptively simple in form, and hugely rich and significant in actual depth. It is a big part of what formed my worldview around that time in the 20th century. It is still relevant, and always will be, and that is why I want to share it with our NLP Marin community. (Of course, I will probably be including a few other things I’ve learned in the intervening 35 years or so.)
The class involves five evenings, 2½ hours each, once a week, for five consecutive weeks. We will be doing the original form of the course, from the middle ’70s, which–to my knowledge–is no longer available. We are offering this course at a reduced rate in appreciation of your ongoing participation with us, and including some very cool take-home material that you can use for the rest of your life.
This is an extremely good thing. I would like to share it.
P.S. The last time we offered this course we had to turn people away, and you know how we hate to do that. So we are asking participants to pay in advance and register early!
