We’re really enjoying our time together each week in our virtual community gatherings! We’ve been treating the time as Open Frame, and people have shared their personal experiences and what is on their minds in these tumultuous times.

One question that keeps getting asked of Carl & Carla is their meta-perspective on what is happening. While being in the middle of this now makes it hard to analyze and offer a meta-perspective, we do have one question in our toolbox to ask ourselves and that is, “What are the IPOs of what is happening?”

We also have another tool in our toolbox – the parts auditorium – that can help us protect ourselves and put our attention on more of what we would like now.

So, watch this short video with the homework Carl has given for this week’s community gathering. In case you just want to read what the homework is, it is:

1) Ask yourself the question what are the IPOs from all of this?

2) What requests and tune-ups do you want to do in the parts auditorium to help keep yourself safe and thrive during this time (examples including parts in charge of not touching your face or washing your hands on a regular basis or parts in charge of keeping your immune system strong, etc.)

Then come join us on Wednesday, April 8th from 6:30 – 8:00 pm. We’ll check in with each other, share our thoughts on IPOs and do some parts work together.
