This introductory group will consist of four, weekly 2-hour sessions that cover the following topics:

• Learn what the CEO stance is and why it is crucial to business success
• Define your business purpose by answering what your “Why” is
• Create a detailed business desired state for 2021
• Get practical ideas for how to manage & operate your business efficiently

Plus you’ll have the encouragement of those in the group who are also building their businesses and will gain a strong support network that you can lean on as you build and manage your business.

Who’s this for: Anyone who has at least graduated Masters may join. You can either have a business already or just the desire to start one. Those who have businesses that include NLP but are not exclusively NLP are also welcome to join.
